CBA strives to educate members about the legislative process on a local, state, federal level. Members of CBA are encouraged to work with our Legislatve Working Party at the chapter and state level to obtain and maintain personal and direct relationships with legislators in all levels of government. CBA members are encouraged to work within party precincts in their districts, volunteering and campaigning for candidates who support issues favoring motorcyclists in North Carolina. CBA members work to educate legislators on the true facts about motorcycling, while lobbying for the efforts of all motorcyclists in their state. CBA works to fight discrimination on all levels, and to prevent unjust legislation from becoming unconstitutional laws.
